Is your practice trying to improve patient access?

Improving patient access to care is a primary tenant of practice transformation – yet can be difficult to attain in busy primary care practices. This module describes successful primary care advanced access models; methods for determining patient panel size and includes the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine’s e-visit curriculum.
