What is quality improvement, and how can you create a culture of continuous QI in your practice?

Quality improvement in health care has been around for centuries and, more recently, has been a focus of practice transformation. This module focuses on effective quality improvement models for improving processes of patient care; and provides quality improvement tools that can be implemented in the office setting.

  • Participate actively in practice improvement meetings and PDSA cycles.
