Welcome to the FAST Practice Facilitator (PF) Resource Module.

In this module, you will find key resources for screening, brief intervention, treatment, and referral (SBIRT), and each of the six practice facilitation sessions. The module is organized by session number, and by randomization group (virtual practice facilitation or virtual practice facilitation plus eLearning). A “Practice Facilitation Guide” is also included for each session with the session objectives, materials needed, and suggested timeline. As the name suggests, this is just a guide, and as the PF, please use your judgment regarding how you run each session.
